At Molly Data, LLC, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our users. This Section provides\ information on how we collect, use, secure, and share information, particularly in relation to our GA4 Audit Tool app which utilizes Google OAuth for authentication.
a. Data Access and Use:
i. Our app accesses and uses Google user data as follows:
-- We access your GA4 data via the Google Analytics API
-- We use this data to get a list of accounts that you manage, and for each of those accounts, the properties that are available
-- We further use the API to query your data across multiple Dimensions, Metrics, and any other values available in the API to provide you a report of areas of improvement in your analytics data gathering and usage.
ii. Data Storage and Sharing:
-- We will never share your data. You are free to share the final report with whomever you like.
-- We store basic demographic and company information about you to help in future conversations should you chose\to utilize our products and services.
-- We store the Audit Results so that we can refer back to them when having any conversations with you and your team(s)
iii. Limited Use Compliance:
Our use of Google user data is strictly limited to the practices disclosed in this Privacy Policy and adheres to Google’s Limited Use requirements.
b. Regular Reviews
We regularly review and update our Privacy Policy and in-product privacy notifications to ensure they accurately reflect our current practices and any changes in legal requirements.Users will be informed of any significant changes to our data use practices through updates to this policy and direct in-app notifications, where applicable.
